Laurie, I see that you live in/near Columbus, Ohio. The UCC is headquartered in Cleveland, and I'm positive that there are UCC congregations near you. I love my Church (both my congregation and my denomination) and would be happy to talk with you about the impact they've made in my life -- but you should see for yourself! Try a few UCC churches in your area, I bet you'll find one that fits!
